Our 2019 event will take place February 15th - February 17th 2019 at the Wisconsin Center in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Please note that this Vendor Application Form is NOT a guarantee you will be admitted as an Vendor to AMKE 2019. This form literally acts as an application - you pass in this form and we evaluate all of the candidates. We are looking for courteous, flexible, cooperative, patient vendors selling quality goods who can provide a fun and happy atmosphere to the shopping experience of our convention attendees.

If you represent an organization whose a primary function is promoting a convention/event/business/anything besides selling merchandise, please contact our Business Division Director at business@animemilwaukee.com.

Instructions: Take a moment to read through all items on this form before initiating the process of filling it out. Once you've read through the items, fill out the form. It is a good idea to copy your responses into a document so they don't get lost in the middle of filling out this form.

One 10'L x 10'D booth space includes the following:
x1 table
x2 vendor badges for first booth purchased (+1 vendor badge for every booth purchased thereafter)
x2 chairs

Number of Booths Requested *
We have a maximum booth limit of 4 booths per vendor. 10'D x 10'L. If your business can't have less than a certain number of booths, please indicate this in the next item. Booths are $400 each.
Minimum Number of Booths Needed *
What is the absolute minimum number of booths your business requires to make selling at this convention worth the trip? If we cannot provide your business with the minimum space indicated on this item, your business will automatically be put onto the waiting list.
How many additional vendor badges do you need?
Each booth comes with 2 vendor badges. Each booth purchased thereafter is +1 additional vendor badge. Additional vendor badges after that are $40.
Booth Flexibility Information *

We are looking for courteous, flexible, cooperative, patient vendors selling quality merchandise who can provide a fun and happy atmosphere to the shopping experience of our convention attendees. All applicants that feel they can meet this criteria are welcome to apply.

Please remember that the AMKE Vendor Application form is NOT a guarantee you will be admitted as an vendor to AMKE 2019. This form literally acts as an application - you pass in this form and we evaluate it along with all of the other applications we receive. You will either be accepted or put on our waiting list. If accepted you will receive a contract with a deadline for payment. If the signed contract and the payment are not received by the deadline specified, your spot will go to the next vendor on the waiting list.
