We thought 20 years old is an ideal age to look at how we operate and ask the important questions we want to know from YOU. 

We have put together 20 questions, which will we hope will generate some valuable feedback for us and potentially improve our NVR services even further, as we move into our 3rd decade!

That NVR training is recognised by a qualification/award (OFQUAL) – currently not offered.
That PP accredits all their training levels individually, ie: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 and that you can do as much or as little of our Certificate Course as you wish.
That you obtain CPD points for all PP training / workshops you attend.
That you receive a Confirmation of Attendance for Training / Workshops
That PP belongs to a governing body (NVRA) that aligns with good practice / training standards.
