F.R.I.D.A. Fest/Frida Fest 2025 seeks to empower our community to celebrate the art and rich history of women while celebrating the vibrance of San Antonio! Our goal this year is break a world record of most people dressed like Frida Kahlo. To achieve the look all one needs is a unibrow, shawl and flower crown.
Frida Fest is Saturday and Sunday November 15-16, 12pm-6pm inside Maverick Plaza at the Historic La Villita in Downtown San Antonio.
Frida Fest 2025 Vendor Fee is $250.
We are looking for artists of all mediums, crafters, bakers, plus candy and chamoy makers. We are not looking for imported Mexican clothing, or any type of wholesalers. We are not seeking sponsorship opportunities. All spots will be given at random.

Please make sure to fill out the application completely. Please use whole paragraphs to answer questions when necessary.
I understand that only handmade or handcrafted goods and/or select vintage items: artwork, jewelry, photography, crafts, homemade/homegrown edibles, unique finds, gifts, etc. are acceptable items for the Frida Fest.
I understand that all spaces will be given at random and that the space assignments will be emailed the week of the event (not before).
I understand that each vendor will be provided with a space to accommodate a 10x10 canopy. All canopies must be properly weighed.
I understand that all vendors are required to provide their own table, chairs, extension cords, power strips, and lighting if desired for their booth space.
You cannot use tape, nails, screws, ect on any of the venues property.
I understand that all vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and properly disposing of all their garbage. I understand that the festival only selects a small number of wholesalers. I understand that the festival can’t have vendors who have similar items as permanent Maverick Plaza tenants.
SETUP INFO I understand that as a vendor, I agree to arrive at scheduled set-up time, be fully set-up by 10:30am on Saturday and Sunday November 15th, and 16th 2025. We officially open at 12pm and you must remain set-up until 6pm. Vendors who pack up early without prior agreements will forfeit participation in any upcoming Artisan Market events coordinated by San Antonio Frida Fest Committee and or Que Reto Arts. fredanthonygarza@gmail.com I understand that each vendor/artisan assumes responsibility for state and federal tax & sales mandated certifications and registrations. Frida Fest will not be held liable for individual artisans business related certifications. You must be responsible for all taxes. Any licensing agreements are the responsibility of the vendor. I understand that San Antonio Frida Fest Committee, Maverick Plaza, La Villita, Que Retro Arts, and Curious Twins Tours will not be responsible for any damages to merchandise, personal injury, or theft. I understand that the San Antonio Frida Festival Committee has the right to request any inappropriate merchandise be removed from Friday Fest vending areas.

I understand that this is an outdoor event and San Antonio Frida Festival Committee will not offer refunds for weather related reasons, as well as vendor initiated cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather related issues or issues beyond our control. This is a gun-free event.
To ensure a successful market, I understand that as a vendor, I am expected to share this event and invitation with all my available social media networks twice a week, starting 2 months prior to the event. Please use #fridafestsa &#fridafestsa2025 in all of your social media announcements. Please make sure to encourage guests who are planning to attend to dress as Frida so that Frida Fest San Antonio and the City of San Antonio can achieve a Guinness world record!
Friday Fest Committee will also implement a combination of advertisements on social media sites, websites, and publications.
IMPORTANT: Copyrighted images of Frida Kahlo or her likeness are not to be sold at the market. Works sold must be original. You must provide one of a kind works if they feature the likeness of Frida Kahlo, or any other person with a protected by license, likeness and or copyright. We will not tolerate vendors selling unlicensed merchandise.
