Collaborative e-gov services - Online survey of innovators
This survey is part of a study on "collaborative production in eGovernment services" for the European Commission (www.ourservices.eu). The survey is aimed at those people who are improving public services "from the outside", in order to understand the drivers, barriers and impact of collaborative production.

By collaborative production we understand services that engage citizens/civic associations/businesses in the design, delivery and evaluation of public services, irrespective of the service provider (government, civil society or business).

If you have any other questions regarding the survey or the study, please contact: katarzyna.szkuta@tech4i2.com
Deadline is 30th October 2011.
