Schedule Change Request Form 2019-20
PLEASE SUBMIT REQUESTS BY MIDNIGHT Friday, June 14, 2019. Students MUST work along with parents/guardians to complete this process. Our priority requests are those that represent an "ERROR" on your schedule. For example, an error may be that you are taking a class you have already passed or that you are missing a graduation requirement. Go ahead and make other requests in case we can honor them, but understand that we have afforded most students the chance to requests for almost half the school year. We are simply unable to honor "non-critical" requests. Sorry.

Keep in mind that submitting a request is NOT A GUARANTEE that you will receive a schedule change. Graduation requirements, class size restrictions, teacher allocations, prerequisites and a host of other variables determine how we build students' schedules.

- Please make sure you make EXPLICIT requests. For example, if you submit the following request: "Please take me out of Advanced Physical Education," this doesn't give us enough information to help you optimally. This may help us more: "Please take me out of Advanced Physical Education and give me any art or music course." NOW - this will help us to help you.

- If you are not sure what we offer and simply want to ask clarifying questions, you may use this form as well. Also, feel free to ask questions curriculum questions such as, "Why am I in Personal Fitness?" We will contact you via phone/email to assist you.
