MCI - Transition to Semester Timetable

The Toronto District School Board (the “TDSB”) collects, uses and shares personal information for the purposes of planning, administering, and delivering its educational programs and services. The purpose of this collection is to gather questions from parents/guardians about the timetable change at Malvern CI and to present the responses at the January 8th Information meeting. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information for these purposes are expressly authorized under the authority of section 58.5 and regulation 171/00 of the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.2. The information is retained in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M. 56. Questions and responses that are collected will be shared with all individuals who attend the January 8th Information meeting. Questions about this collection should be directed to Bernadette Shaw, Principal, Malvern CI.
