2026 Spring Concert Participation
Thank you for signing up to play in the Queen City Freedom Band Spring 2026 Concert, "Artist's Rendering." Please take a moment to indicate your participation by marking which Sundays you will be present for rehearsal. Rehearsals start January 18, and the concert is SUNDAY, March 29 @ 3:00PM at the Music Hall ballroom.

We understand schedules change, so please update this form throughout the semester. 

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must attend 6 out of 10 rehearsals in order to play the concert
  • Must attend Final Regular Rehearsal on Sunday, March 22 in order to play the concert (considerations can be made for folks who've attended 7 or more rehearsals)
  • Must attend the final Dress Rehearsal on Sunday, March 29 at 12:00PM in order to play the concert  (considerations can be made for folks who've attended 7 or more rehearsals)
  • Players must join the cycle by February 25 in order to play the concert and must be in attendance every week remaining (so they meet the 6 rehearsal threshold)
The music folder is ready to print or download and will be linked in the confirmation page of this form. There may be additional pieces added. We do not assign chair rankings - just pick a part that you're comfortable with and we will make sure everything is covered in the first few rehearsals. You will also receive the link to the music folder via email.

Thank You & Invitation To Become an Official Member!
Membership is open to those 18 years old or older, who pay $30 dues for the year (Aug 2025 - July 2026), and who are generally awesome and want to participate. Special arrangements can be made for dues if it's an issue.  If you're new, feel free to attend a few rehearsals to give us a try first before becoming a member.

***Returning members must sign up to renew every August***

Dues are $30 for the season and can be payable via check, cash, or online. If the cost is prohibitive, email our Treasurer Matt and special arrangements can be made (treasurer@qcfb.org).
