RG Pro creates client videos for non-profits and local businesses. Using an immersive and sustained mentorship model, RG Pro pairs motivated and talented students with high-level professionals to bring clients an unparalleled blend of expertise and youthful creative expression.
Mentors are experienced professionals working in film or video production in the Greater Seattle area. They provide support and work alongside RG Pro crew who have completed training and are gaining work experience through RG Pro. Our goal is to provide equitable, safe, and inclusive early career production experiences for emerging female and gender-nonconforming filmmakers, as well as facilitate the development of their professional networks and relationships.
Mentorship are on-call, contractual paid positions with fixed rates built into project budgets. Mentors also receive mentorship training bi-annually. Teaching opportunities are also available through Production Intensive Workshops at Northwest Film Forum, which are a quarterly series of filmmaking courses, each with a different focus. If you are interested in teaching as well, please let us know via the last question in this form.
