How has Eminent Domain impacted the fight against this pipeline? How many private properties were taken? How much public land was taken? Were farms or businesses taken by eminent domain and if so what was the impact on their operations? Do you have any evidence of a decline in property values or ecotourism or other economic impacts to properties/communities subject to eminent domain?

How many properties were taken by eminent domain during tolling? Was the project allowed to proceed without approvals from all states and agencies with authority?
