We define a member as a family with one or more children or young adults (0-25) with ASC/ASD etc. (or related condition). Other members include volunteers.
FASS GROUP AGREEMENTBy becoming a FASS member, you agree to the following:
• All members will show understanding, consideration and tolerance of the behaviour of all of our children and young people and respect the confidentiality of others in the group.• All members will have total responsibility for their own children and young people at all times and must provide adequate supervision at all FASS activities to ensure the health, safety and happiness of all who attend.
All members that are under 19 are encouraged to apply for a Gateway card from Hampshire County Council as we are part funded through their Short Breaks scheme. (http://www3.hants.gov.uk/childrens-services/specialneeds/shortbreaks/gatewaycard.htm)
Membership is free for the foreseeable future but we reserve the right to change or terms and conditions in the future so that membership becomes otherwise. Don't worry though as we don't have plans to this and if the decision is made to charge in the future you will be given plenty of notice.
We use this information only for FASS monitoring and administrative purposes and will not pass your personal details onto other organisations.
There is space for two target children (for the sake of brevity) but if you have more than two target children then let us know by email. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Once you are a member, if you'd like to join our facebook group search for FASS MEMBERS and you will added as soon as we can.
