To keep the good vibes and strong turnout going, we ask that all vendors share the event on your socials! If you miss the deadline of sharing listed in your acceptance email, your spot may be released — and we’d hate for that to happen. Send your proof of post to: vendors@charliescollectibleshow.com to lock in your table.

🪑 Table Assignments
Tables are assigned randomly. A special spot request is extra $100 per table per event. (Email us if interested at vendors@charliescollectibleshow.com — accessibility needs are always accommodated at no charge.)

Your table is only confirmed once you’ve received an acceptance email and completed payment. Invoices will be canceled if unpaid within 2 weeks — so don’t wait too long!
