Mobilizing a DAO's Treasury - General Survey

The Uniswap Treasury Working Group (UTWG) was formed to address the volatility and underutilization of the Uniswap Treasury. Its scope is to research and present a diverse set of options in terms of treasury management strategies for the DAO, to ensure long-term financial sustainability and growth. This work aims to facilitate the DAO’s decision on implementing sustainable growth for the Uniswap ecosystem.

To help us better understand stakeholders' perspectives and refine the DAO's decision-making process, we kindly ask you to complete this questionnaire. You will be asked to rate your perspective on various factors that influence how the utilization of the treasury is to be approached. Your task is to rate each on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 indicates you emphasize the importance of the factor less, and 10 indicates you emphasize the importance of the factor more.
