Please complete this form if you are interested. You are also required to attend an informational and parent tour. At that time, we will share how to enroll. This is only an INTEREST FORM. It is not enrollment and it does not guarantee acceptance into the Dual Immersion Program at Mesa.

Please note that this in ONLY AN INTEREST form. We must balance the classes with 50% Mandarin Dominant Students and 50% English Dominant Students. We may ask your child to come in for a test to determine language proficiency. We use specific criteria to determine enrollment which can be found on our website. If more families express interest than available spaces, we will form a waiting list. If you have any questions, please call Mesa.
