In consideration of being permitted to use certain lands and premises owned or under the control of First Avenue Athletes Village Housing Co-operative, the undersigned agrees: To save harmless and indemnify First Avenue Athletes Village Housing Co-operative and its directors, officers, servants, employees, contractors and agents (the “indemnified Parties”) from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, suits, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever kind of nature (including but not limiting the generality of the foregoing, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property) arising in any way out of or connected with the use of the premises by the undersigned (the “Users”) except to the proportionate extent that such actions, claims, demands, proceedings, suits, losses, damages, costs and expenses were caused by the Indemnified Parties or any of them.

As the requesting Member, I confirm that I have read the Common Room Rules and Rooftop Garden Use Policy (https://avcoop.igloodigitalworkplace.ca/resources/space_booking) and by way of signing this Agreement acknowledge that I clearly understand my responsibility to First Avenue Athletes Village Housing Co-operative
