PICL Financial Aid Application

We are committed to making sure every student-athlete has the opportunity to participate in all Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) activities (including practices, adventure activities, races, day camps & clinics) regardless of their financial situation. 

  • If applying for Season and/or Race Registration support, please submit this application by August 31st of the current season. 
  • If you are applying for Camp and/or Clinic support, please submit this application no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. 
  • After submitting this application, please shoot us an email at jill@pamtb.org so we can keep an eye out. 
We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible about the level of financial aid we are able to offer.

We feel that it is important to offer financial aid to any student-athlete in need so they may participate in PICL. We also recognize the value in contributing to the sport, in even a small way, to feel ownership and commitment.

How much are you able to contribute?

Example: If applying for PICL Season Registration, you might state that you are able to pay $85 towards the total cost.
We ask that, after submitting this application, you apply for financial support through every kid sports (click link) and sign up for their newsletter for future opportunities. We will take this into consideration when determining the level of PICL financial support.

In some cases, teams can waive team fees, provide loaner bikes, or provide a level of financial support. 
PICL Financial Aid Agreement: We would like to ensure that the student-athletes who receive PICL financial aid commit to participation with their teams by attending at least 90% of practices and take part in team activities. We'd also like to hear about the student's PICL experience (identity will be kept confidential at your request).
