MEMBERSHIP FEES & DONATIONS- TCC are a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC). This means we are able to reclaim 25% on all fees donations as Gift Aid.

As part of this procedure all members/parents/guardians making fees donations will be required to complete and sign a Gift Aid form to confirm they are happy for donations to be gift aided

Annual Fees for each section/age are:

Associate & Social £45
Under 18 £65
Under 15 £65
Under 13 £55
Under 11 £60 (this includes club t-shirt)


Cash or cheque- please submit the appropriate membership fee and donation to a club coach as soon as possible in A NAMED ENVELOPE. Cheques can be made payable to Templepatrick Cricket Club.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO CONSENT- TCC recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in cricket. In accordance with the NCU child protection policy and procedures, we will not permit photographs, video or other images of children/young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and children / young people.The Club will take all possible steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform the Club Child Protection Officer immediately.I grant permission for my child’s photograph or video image to be taken in relation to club activities. These images may be used for coaching, general publicity purposes, local press and on the club website and social media. I have read and understood and signed the TCC Safeguarding Policy. *
U18 MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT- TCC Codes Of Conduct Under 18s TCC is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well being of all its members. The club believes that it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents associated with the club must, at all times, show respect and understanding the safety and welfare of everybody. Therefore all members arc encouraged to be open at all times and share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with their coach, captain, or the Club's Office Bearers.All Junior (U18) members must abide by the following rules: 1) All members must, as far as possible, be kept safe from harm while they are at, or representing the club. 2) No member associated with the club must ask anyone to keep secrets of any kind. 3) Members are not allowed to drink alcohol, smoke ( U16's only) or take drugs of any kind whilst on the club premises and must not participate in any club activity whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Members shall also not promote, give or sell any drugs to another member whilst participating on the club premises or participating in any club activity. 4) Members will respect the coaches, officials and administrators within the club and remember that they are giving their time and expertise freely. 5) Members must try to be on time for practice sessions and matches so as not to disrupt the smooth running of the club. 6) Members must pay any fees in relation to membership of the club or club activities on time. 7) Members will take care of all property belonging to the club or any member, including all club facilities and equipment. These must also be kept safe and tidy. 8) Members are responsible for caring for their own equipment, clothing and property and they must ensure that it does not endanger any other members of the club. 9) Members must adopt the Fair Play Policy of the club, which is set out below, and act in accordance with it at all times.Junior Club Members Fair Play Policy a) Players play for enjoyment and to improve performance, not just to please their parents or coach. b) Where rules apply, players try to understand them and stick to them. c) Players accept the decisions of coaches and officials. d) Players will control their tempers at all times. e) Players will be "good sports" f) The aim of the game is to have fun, improve skills and to feel good. g) Players will work equally hard for themselves and the team. h) Players will treat all players, as they themselves would like to be treated. They will not bully or take unfair advantage of any player. i) Players will co-operate with the coach, team mates and opponents, without them there is not a game. PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT- TCC Codes Of Conduct Parents/Guardians TCC believes that parents play a very important role in their child's development in sport. To that end, the club would ask all parents to contribute to the Junior Club and their child's participation in sport.In particular the club expects all parents to: 1) encourage but not force an unwilling child to participate in sport or in the club. 2) recognise that children's enjoyment in sport and as a member of this club is paramount. 3) emphasise enjoyment and fun and praise and reinforce effort and improvement. 4) promote and teach fair play by setting a good example. 5) teach their child that effort and teamwork are as important as winning. 6) help their child to set realistic goals, improve their skills and develop a positive sporting attitude. 7) never ridicule or shout at any child for making a mistake or losing a competition 8) acknowledge and applaud good play by all players including opposing players. 9) parents/guardians should set an example by being friendly towards the opposing team, it's supporters and parents, publicly accept an official's judgement and never question their honesty. 10) support all efforts to remove verbal and physical abuse from children's sporting activities. 11) express any concerns about their child or the club to the coach. 12) recognise the importance and value of coaches and others within the club who give their time, expertise and resources to provide opportunities for young people. 13) offer whatever assistance they can to the running of the junior club and support the club and their child where possible i.e. a) by providing transport to training/competitions; b) watching matches and training sessions; c) supporting fund raising and attending social events. I agree with the above Code and support it, the club and coaches in their roles. I also agree to assist with travelling to matches when possible and allow my child to travel to away matches.I have read and understood and signed the TCC Code Of Conduct for Parents & Guardians. *

DATA SHARING WITH THE NCU (Our Governing Body)- When you become a member of or renew your membership with TCC you will automatically be registered as a playing member of the NCU. We will provide the NCU with your personal data which they will need to use to administrate player registration and competition management. I consent to this personal data to be shared with the relevant TCC Coaches, Captains and Administrators for the purposes of the delivery of safe participation in club activities. This data will not be shared or processed for any other purpose. *
