This is the booking form for your child's Breakfast and After School Club requirements.
We would like to refer you to our Breakfast and After School Club Parent Handbook.
Please note that by completing the booking form you agree with our terms and conditions.
OPENING HOURS:Our Breakfast Club runs each day 7.30am - 8.30am (£6.00 per day from September 2023)
The After School Club runs each day 3.30pm - 6.00pm (£15.00 per day from September 2023)

We always suggest keeping your current childcare arrangements in place until we inform you of a space in the Amherst clubs.
WHEN CAN YOU APPLY FOR OUR CLUBS:
- Year 2 children attending Riverhead Infants' School are able to add their names to our waiting lists once they have applied for a place at Amherst School - 15 January 2024.
- Year 1 children attending Riverhead Infants' School will be able to add their names to our waiting lists once applications to Amherst School closes in January 2025.
- Children in Reception are not able to add their names to our waiting lists yet.
PLEASE NOTE:
Children who currently have places in our clubs will be guaranteed their current club usage in September 2024 and we will try to accommodate any changes or requests for additional days.
