For the 2026 Columbia University Invitational Tournament on Saturday 24 January 2026, each team will be REQUIRED to designate at least ONE coach to assist in the proctoring and grading of one event.

Please indicate your top THREE event selections in the form below BEFORE 11:59 P.M. ET on Tuesday November 25, 2025. We will officially release proctoring assignments in January 2026 to all participating teams. Please note that assignment of your first (or second) choice is not guaranteed as different events require a varying amount of assistance. Additionally, volunteering by coaches is not available for several events (including Chemistry Lab, Forensics, Integration Bee, Materials Science, Organic Chemistry, and Picture This).

If your team would like to volunteer more than one coach for this volunteering activity, please fill and submit this form SEPARATELY for each individual coach willing to assist. Note that there must be at least ONE adult in each homeroom at any given time.
