Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Fall 2017
Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind focuses on emotional well-being, reducing stress, building resilience, and improving coping skills among college students. Groups will meet with a facilitator for one hour a week for 5 weeks during the Fall Semester.
