LVCA October Tutor Training Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Literacy Volunteers! Please complete this form to register for our upcoming New Tutor Training session. 

Our tutor training will cost $30. This helps offset some of the cost of materials, staff time, and a background check. Most importantly, it allows us to continue offering services to students free of charge. Shortly after you fill out this registration form, you will receive a link for payment in your email. 

Before training, staff will send you a pre-training assignment. This assignment is designed to let us hit the ground running on training day. We ask you to watch a few short videos, explore resources on our website, and then share brief takeaways. The pre-training homework also includes forms you will need to complete.

After completing training, you will meet with the Program Manager to discuss availability and student preferences.
