SW Regionals 2025 shade rental

Tournament fees have been kept low for all teams that are able to participate in SW Regionals. With the assistance of Tucson Ultimate and helpful volunteers we are able to provide a limited number of shade tents on a rental basis. The rental fees cover our costs to provide these tents for teams that want them, particularly teams coming from NorCal and West Bay areas that will have difficulty bringing their own.

Thanks to a donation of transportation resources from local team Lawless, we are now able to offer the shade tent rental for only $40.

Please fill out this form if you are interested in renting a shade tent for $40. We will contact you to let you know that we have a tent reserved for you and how to make payment. Remaining tents are now available for any team.
