If you are interested in your swimmer joining the Gray Ducks, please fill out this form. A coach or LTS team member will reach out to you via email to set up your evaluation date. If you have more than one swimmer please put both swimmers on the same form.

I would like my swimmer to be a part of Gray Ducks but am unsure if my swimmer can swim 25 yards and knows all 4 strokes. (If you answer no to this question because you know your swimmer knows all 4 strokes and can swim 25 yards then you do not need to fill out this form and can immediately register on the 27th). *
Please provide the best days and timeframes during the day that work best for you. For example: Monday 4-7pm and Tuesday 4-8pm work best for us.
