Fee: $75.00 per day (Daily Sign-Up Possible). Discount for Toca FC players.

All age groups (2013 - 2021) available unless otherwise noted.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in all activities organized by Toca Pro FC during camp sessions.

I understand that participation in sports and physical activities involves certain risks, including the possibility of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation and agree that the academy, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during camp activities.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in soccer activities and that I will inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special concerns prior to participation.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize camp staff to obtain medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.
