Reunion Coffee House Event Rental

Event Information:
The max capacity inside is 75 standing-room only, or 50 with seating. Outside we have 60 more chairs if the weather cooperates. It’s a set rate of $100/hour, for a party without alcohol or $150/hour with alcohol.

You will have an event host on site to help with any questions you may have and to help go through the cleaning list at the end of the rental.

Payment is due two weeks before the event date. The full cleaning deposit will be issued after your event as long as you have successfully completed the checklist items. Your event host will supply one at the event as well.  Please note that the refund can take up to two weeks to show up on your original form of payment.

You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, and decorate as you like, as long as the decorations don't damage walls or anything. We also have a beverage bar option that includes an unlimited beverage bar for $50 which is two types of coffee, two types of iced tea, ice water, all the cups and syrups and cream etc. 

We also have a custom drink option which is to have a barista staffed for $25 an hour. The baristas will keep a tab of ordered drinks, and then charge a credit card you would supply at the end or your guest can pay as they go!

We close at five so you can rent the coffee house from five to midnight, though the staff does clean after closing, so I wouldn't invite guests earlier than 5:45p :).  We add a complimentary 20 minutes bookended on your rental for set up and clean up but set up cannot begin until 5:15pm.

Alcohol Option:
The hourly price increases to $150 for the rental with a 2-hour minimum, and you would also need to get event insurance. I can give you a recommendation if your personal insurance agent can’t help you with that. If you'd like alcohol at the event, you'll have to hire a bartending service. We recommend the company called “Be Our Guest" but if you have a bartending service you would rather use that is totally ok, too! Our contact is Kelleen Trostel at 303-810-6768  and I believe they charge $25/hour.

I acknowledge that there is a $100 deposit/cleaning fee to secure my event date and time if available. If the cleaning checklist is complete at the end of my event, I will receive my $100 deposit back in 7-14 business days!
I acknowledge that the $100 deposit will not be returned if the event is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
