Event dates : August 6th ~ 8th 2021
Location : Jacob Leys, Falcon Lane, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 2JS
Activities : Camping from Friday afternoon.
   Saturday :
   a gymkhana expertly run by Phil Baker,
   then BBQ with a quiz from quiz master Samantha Miller.
 Camping is not compulsory, it's more the merrier for the gymkhana and BBQ, we’ll have the coals hot just bring along your tasty treats to cook / eat.
The site has water and a chemical toilet emptying point.

Please complete this form to book your caravan, tent or motorhome on the MROC caravan rally.
No booking required if you're not camping, but will attend either the gymkhana & / or BBQ & Quiz.
Please submit separate bookings for additional vehicles / camping units
Please select the dates you wish to camp & identify the requested additional information.
Payment will need to be cash on arrival (£10 per unit / plot).
The Caravan Secretary or a Committee Member will be notified of your booking and contact you if there are any problems.
