If you are requesting an extended loan, explain why you are unable to complete this project by renewing the equipment for 24-hour loan periods.
NOTE: Extended loans are NOT approved for the duration of a project, since most students are continually working on projects and our inventory cannot support these demands. Stating that you are "working on a project or thesis" is not enough information for approval. Include details that explain your unique situation so that we can better assist you.
Your answer
If you are requesting large quantities of inventory from one item type (eg. several data projectors), explain how you will use the equipment.
NOTE: It is unlikely that our inventory can meet these needs during final reviews. We've listed additional campus-wide equipment sources on the AAP webpage in the "Frequently Asked Questions", bottom of the page. aap.cornell.edu/resources/computer-support-services/equipment-loans
