Please fill out the form below with as much information as possible. Once submitted, the adoption fee of $150 must be paid in order to list the cat as pending. Payment can be made via invoice, phone, or in-person during business hours. After the application has been reviewed and approved and payment received, a representative will reach out to set up an interview and take-home date.  If you are interested in adopting a kitten, we may require that they be adopted in pairs or that there be another cat in your household.

**Submitting this application does not guarantee approval** We take several factors into consideration when placing our cats into homes and do our best to ensure that it is the right fit for the cat and the household. If your application is denied, the adoption fee will be refunded to the original payment type.
