Thank you for your interest in hosting your large party or private event at Cimi’s Bistro! This form is for party requests of 12 or more guests.

For parties of 12 or more, we have a single-check policy, and a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the total after tax.

Available Cimi's Dining Spaces:

• Main Dining Room
• Private Dining Room (PDR) — Please note there is an $80 room fee for use of the Private Dining Room (accommodates up to 20 guests)

For all private events, a signed contract and deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.

For events larger than 20 guests, including special occasions such as graduation parties, baby showers, anniversary dinners, corporate gatherings, or holiday parties, we invite you to explore additional event spaces available through Pinnacle Golf Club. These include:

• The Loft (accommodates up to 40 guests)
• The Grand Ballroom (accommodates up to 400 guests)
