By submitting this form, I agree to abide by the Greek Cycling Federation and the Veteran Athletes Bicycle Union regulations and rules for road cycling events, and understand and agree that I participate in this event entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards, and that I must ride in a manner which is safe to myself and others. I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the promoter, promoting club / organization, event sponsor, Greek Cycling Federation or any event official or member of Greek Cycling Federation or member of the promoting club / organization in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event however caused. I will participate in cycling events in a loyal and sporting manner. I will submit to disciplinary measures taken against me and will take any appeals and litigation to the authorities provided for in the Regulations. Subject to that reservation, I shall submit to any dispute that may arise exclusively to the courts in Athens, Greece. I have read and agree to abide by the above declarations *

ATTENTION: The above Registration form for the 35th Spartakiada 2024 race, is valid only if it is accompanied by proof of  [A]:  bank deposit of 120 euros via wire transfer to the Cycling Union's bank account the latest by 1/10/2024. Our bank details are as follows: NATIONAL BANK of GREECE -Account number: 075/001312-92  IBAN: GR6501100750000007500131292 - SWIFT (BIC): ETHNGRAA and [B] a valid -max 3months old- MEDICAL certificate from a HEART specialist (cardiologist), certifying that the examination of the athlete reveals no contradictions for participating in this cycling event of 250klms, stamped and signed by a registered medical CARDIOLOGIST doctor (only). [note C]: IF you plan to use our BUS RETURN to Athens service on SUNDAY afternoon you should include 30euros in your participation fee.
