Join Susana Laborde-Blaj & Liz Eisman to: -Learn the names of common yoga postures, as well as useful terminology for cueing -Develop an understanding of how to combine key phrases and directions -Practice teaching a sample sequence in a trauma-informed and friendly environment
This workshop is open to the public. Pre-registration is required. There will be a $15 registration fee for Living Yoga volunteers, except for those serving at our Spanish-speaking sites, or planning to serve at Paso. Cost is $45 for non-volunteers and $30 for partner site/studio members.
Susana Laborde-Blaj is a native Spanish Speaker and has been teaching yoga classes and workshops in Mexico and in theUnited States since 1996. She leads yoga retreats in Central Mexico, is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, & is accredited as a Certified Yoga Therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapy (IAYT).
