VLFTC Housing Reservation Request
Thank you for your interest in staying in PWSC Student Housing during the 2018 Valdez Last Frontier Theatre Conference. This form provides us with information we need to process your reservation.

Accommodations in PWSC Student Housing are free during the dates of the conference, June 9-16. Guests may arrive up to one day before the start of the Conference (June 8) and may stay up to one day past the end of the Conference (June 17) at no additional charge. Additional dates cost $50.00 per night, and are available two days on either side of the event, subject to availability.

Rooms come with a kitchen unit (no pans, silverware, plates). There are a limited number of beds, cots, and linen sets available for a fee. Beds are $30, cots are $20, and linen sets are $20. You can request these at the bottom of this form.

Reservation Terms
Availability: Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, as space is available.

Placements: We will do our best to accommodate any specific requests; however, such requests cannot be guaranteed.

Payment: If you have incurred any charges due to your reservation, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

Housekeeping and Linens: No housekeeping service is provided. Guests are responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of their unit. When you check out of the unit, it should be clean and free of trash.

Laundry: Commercial laundry facilities are located in each residence hall with coin-operated machines ($1.50/load).

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on University property.

Alcohol and Marijuana: The possession or consumption of alcohol and/or marijuana is strictly prohibited on University property. Guests found in possession of such items will be asked to dispose of them and may be subject to the cancellation of their reservation. Guests found providing alcohol and/or marijuana to minors (under the age of 21) will be reported to local law enforcement.

Keys & Security: People staying in housing will be provided with a key card. They are responsible for lost key cards and will be charged a replacement fee of $25 for lost key cards. For the safety and security of all residents, exterior doors to the residence halls are locked at all times and we ask that you do not prop these doors open. Keys should be left in the room upon departure.

All guests of PWSC Student Housing must comply with directives or instructions given by PWSC staff.

All guests of PWSC Student Housing agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prince William Sound College, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, and all other claims for expenses asserted against the college which arise from injuries to person or property occasioned by attendance at or participation in the conference or stay. All personal belongings of housing guests are their own responsibility and are not covered by college insurance.
