Any card that gets returned due to incorrect address or other reason must be tracked, destroyed, and reported to the sponsor bank. A complete guide on handling return mail can be found here.

Fintech can choose to handle your own return mail or have Arroweye (the card fulfillment vendor) handle this for a fee.

We strongly recommend letting Arroweye handle the return mail for the beginning phases of launch as its one less thing the fintech will have to manage. We can update this in the future if desired.

If the fintech would like to handle return mail, the sponsor bank will need to approve the process to ensure infosec requirements are made. Please work with your I&O specialist to outline this process for bank approval. The card program cannot be submitted until this process has been approved.
