Welcome and thank you for your interest in Community Montessori School. Filling out this form is the initial step in becoming connected with our school. This form can be submitted at any point during the calendar year. Completion of this form places you on our interest list and does not count as an application or an enrollment agreement. During our enrollment window, or if a space in our program becomes available, someone from the school will reach out if we have an opening that would suit your child and will at that time schedule a follow up school visit and meeting.
