Welcome to the G4 Worship Team Volunteer form! The G4 worship team sets our eyes on Jesus, pursuing a relationship with him foremost. We build relationships on and off the stage, pursue musical excellence, set and share personal goals, pray with one another, and support our pastor and church's vision: Transformation. 

Our Worship Team has two groups: The G4 Choir, and The G4 Worship Team. The G4 Choir is a GREAT starting point to get into singing on stage, worship, and being apart of a team! Below are the overviews, requirements, and recommended time commitments for each team. You can join both!

G4 Worship Team
Overview:
  • We Practice Sunday Mornings @ 7:30 AM
  • We Pray With a Team Member Weekly
  • We Volunteer For Worship Nights Twice a Year
  • We Have Meetings 2-3 Times a Year (Free Lunch!)
  • We Don't Get Paid (Our Reward Is In Heaven, Booyah!)
  • We Love Each other, Have Grace, And Do Not Gossip
Requirements:
  • We Audition With The Worship Leader To Join The Team
  • We Serve 4 Times in Our First 90 Days as Volunteers
  • We Play With A Click & Guide (I Promise You Get Used To It!)

  • We Sign A Statement Of Faith & Conduct
  • We Serve At Least Once Every 6 Weeks
  • Instrumentalists: We Can Read And Play Chord Sheets & Follow Director's Notes
  • Vocalists: We Can Sing Harmony

  • We're in the Word Weekly (Sunday Doesn't Count!)
  • We Go Out Of Our Way To Hold Doors, Greet, And Help People When We're Not On Stage (Stay Humble)
  • We Are At Church On At Least 50% of Sundays That We Aren't Serving
Time Commitment: ~10 Hours Per Month
  • We Are Expected to Practice For 1 Hour At Home Per Week That We Serve
  • We Are At Church On Sundays That We Serve for 4+ Hours (7:30 - 11:30)
  • We Are At 2 Hour Meetings 3 Times Per Year
  • We Serve At Prayer & Worship Nights 3+ Times Per Year (5:30PM - 7:30PM)
G4 Choir
Overview:
  • We Practice 6 Times Per Year On Sundays After Church
  • We Sing In A Choir On Stage 2 - 3 Times Per Year
  • We Don't Get Paid (Our Reward Is In Heaven, Booyah!)
  • We Love Each other, Have Grace, And Do Not Gossip
  • We Have Fun Learning New Things About Singing Techniques And Each Other!
Requirements:
  • We Want To Worship Jesus with Our Voice
  • We Can Read And Follow Vocal Directions
Time Commitment: ~2 Hours Per Month
  • We Are Expected to Practice For 1 Hour At Home Before a Choir Event
  • We Are At Church On Choir Events for 4+ Hours (7:30 - 11:30)
  • We Have Opportunities (Not Mandatory) To Practice For 1 Hour Together
