Welcome to Self Check-in! We are excited that you have decided to integrate Self Check-in into the Front Desk Process. Self Check-in has several features (some optional) that can be used to customize the process to your property. To help us customize Self Check-in to your needs and/or let us know which features you want to use, please fill out this form. Please give a brief description of your Self Check-in process. Overall, how are you going to use Self Check-in to supplement or replace the Front Desk Check-in process. I.e. do you need signed registration or contracts before check-in. Will the guest pick up a key at the desk, sent a keycode, given a mobile access code? Any details will help us customize the process to your property. *

Will you require an additional credit card at Check-in for incidentals?

What time do you want to send the automated " Start Check-in" Email and/or SMS on arrival date?
OPTIONAL: Do you want to send a Pre-arrival Email and/or SMS at anytime before arrival date using Auto Letters. I.e. 3 days before requesting signature and payment method. If so, please describe and let us know if you have an existing letter or need a template.
