🌿 Holiday Health Fair @ Green Market at Piedmont Park!

Join us on Saturday, December 6th, from 8 AM – 1 PM at The Green Market at Piedmont Park for a community Health Fair hosted by Hearts & Healing Fund @GT!

We’ll be offering:

  • Blood pressure screening
  • Mental health counseling, pre-assessments
  • HIV testings
  • Fentanyl testing, Narcan distribution, free condoms/plan B
  • Restorative wellness care after violence and traumatic loss
Walk-ins are welcome — no appointment needed, but services are first-come first-served !
