Join Our Making it Matthews and Milla's Venue Team

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Making it Matthew's and Milla's Venue Team. All of our positions, including event coordinating,  involves teamwork, physical labor, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction through careful handling, setup, and breakdown of rental items

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to-

~Load and unload furniture, décor, and event equipment from trailers

~Safely transport and set up event items (tables, chairs, couches, tents, etc.)

~Follow event layout plans to ensure proper arrangement of items on-site

~Maintain cleanliness and condition of rental equipment before and after use

~Work efficiently as part of a team to meet event timelines

~Assist with warehouse organization and inventory as needed

~Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups

~Clean and organize catering items (including washing dishes, utensils, and service ware)

~Act as an event attendant when scheduled, ensuring the venue remains clean, stocked, and presentable during events

Requirements of all positions-

~Must be able to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment (50+ lbs)

~Must be physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

~Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

~Strong teamwork and communication skills

~Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing event needs

~A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required
