March 18th Spring Clinic
Event Date: 3/18/23 from 10:00am-12:30pm. Registration begins @9:45am. Optional Q&A/Tour after the clinic. Open to all 9th-12th graders. 

We will be having a spring practice beforehand, 9-10am, if you’re interested in watching our team compete in a competition day practice! Followed by a men’s lacrosse game at 1, and an EU Open House.

I understand that the medical staff will render the first response procedures and attendees will be transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital if necessary. I hereby waive and release the Eastern University staff and Eastern Field Hockey for liabilities related to injury, illness or expenses incurred. I know of no mental or physical problems which might affect my child's ability to safely participate in this event.
