TummyTime PlayTime Workshop
Hello there! If you're looking for a fun playtime session that is also educational & supports baby/child development then this is the group for you! I am a qualified Tummy Time Practitioner & I'd love to share how playtime on baby's tummy can help with sensory stimulation, strength & stability, inner balance & so many more benefits that prepares baby for crawling, walking, talking & school! It also helps to lower your baby's risk of developing flat spots on their head (plagiocephaly), which can result when babies spend less time on their stomachs or upright.
This group is suitable for a baby who is not crawling yet (typically 9-11months), looking for some fun stimulation, & meeting other babies with parent or carer. You'll receive practical tips on play positions that strengthen connection & confidence for baby.
Each session is one hour hosted at the lovely Well Retreat, in central Brackley. Join me for a weekly programs (usually blocks of four weeks) where we can repeat our playful tummy positions, see progress & have fun connecting with other local mums.
Classes are on Tuesdays & Thursday but I also run baby massage classes if you're looking for something more relaxing, with more time to chat. There are a few little elements of TT practice in our baby massage technique plus meet new local parents in a relaxed & supportive setting (also suitable from birth), with the addition of homemade cake!
Songs, rhymes, toys & talk - let's make TummyTime a fun PlayTime!
