I am applying for a spot for my student in The Ivy School for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. I understand that should a spot at The Ivy School open, the school will make an attempt to contact me via e-mail in order to secure my student's spot. I am aware that upon admittance to The Ivy School I will be asked to fill out and turn in an enrollment packet by a specified date, as well as prove my address is within the State of Oregon and within the Portland Public School District. If my address falls outside of the Portland Public School District boundaries, I understand that this application will be placed in a separate out-of-district lottery. Per Oregon State Law, priority must be given to applicants who reside within the PPS boundaries. Students residing outside of Oregon are not eligible for admission.
