Now that our union is certified, it is our right to have representation at any meeting that could lead to our discipline or dismissal. Once we have bargained, and ratified, our first agreement with the administration, one of our union’s primary functions will be to enforce our new rights. While we are in the process of negotiating our contract, contract faculty are also continuing to organize around key issues, and topics, in order to improve our experience at NYU.
