Parent/Guardian Participation Acknowledgement - I understand that my student's participation and commitment to activities and competitions are to be taken seriously especially after registration.  All documents, competition materials and marketing materials created by students within the club are property of CHHS DECA and to be used how the advisor sees fit.  All plaques and trophies earned from regional, state and national competitions remain with CHHS and will be proudly displayed.  Costs for region, state and national events and competitions are NOT included in the club dues and all fundraising on the student's behalf is ONLY for use within the CHHS DECA club.  Commitments to fundraising and all efforts are the responsibility of the student and any misappropriation of funds and missing goods are the responsibility of the student and their household. Students are expected to participate in fundraisers to help them offset the costs of all DECA activities.  Parents/Guardians are expected to volunteer and participate in parent/guardian meetings. *
