Westfinder SIT Application Season 8

Westfinder staff is responsible for running all Westfinder events, ranging from our full-day games to our Sunday CTF sessions. This means that there is actual responsibility involved, but it also means that you get to see the results of your work on a personal level more satisfying than any hobby. While many staff members choose to go without pay because they find the experience of building and maintaining a community to be a reward in itself, pay is decided primarily on a participation basis. If you feel like you have something to offer, and would make a good addition to our team, please continue onward!

SITs provide general aid with all things behind the scenes at Westfinder. Duties can include anything from running communication errands for the gamewriter, to helping with production, running workshops or CTFs, to moderating the forums. SIT positions are a great place to be if you are interested in learning a little bit here and there about all of the workings of Westfinder. It is also worth noting that SITs get free entrance to all games and Westfinder events, and that being an SIT provides an excellent boost to your application should you ever become interested in applying to be full staff. The job can be quite demanding at times, and the various staff members are sure to keep you on your toes, but overall it is a rewarding and fun experience.

You will be able to edit your responses after submitting the application until November 2nd at 11:59pm.
