BMC-Upper Spring 2020 Continuing Student Application and Optional Higher Group Placement Application
BMC-Upper Spring 2020 is scheduled:
WEDNESDAY evenings - exact times are listed below, running approximately January 22 - May 6, 2020 (exact weeks follow UCB academic calendar and are listed on the BMC website)

This form is ONLY for Continuing Students (who are currently enrolled in BMC-Upper Fall 2019).
If you are a new student who is not currently enrolled in BMC-Upper, this form is NOT for you and you need to use the form on the website for New Students instead.
If you are enrolled in BMC-Elementary Fall 2019, you are a NEW Student for BMC-Upper and you need to fill in the New Student application on the website.
If you were enrolled in BMC-Upper in the past, but not for the entirety of Fall 2019, you need to fill in the NEW Student form on the website.
Payment
Fee of $190 for the Berkeley Math Circle Upper Fall 2019: Deadline is December 4, 2019. Do NOT write the check to BMC: write it to United Math Circles Foundation (as explained below).

Alternatively, we prefer that you bring the check in person and slide it in a sealed and addressed envelope under the door of Evans 714. On the note line of the check, write the name of the student and the BMC group you are applying to.

The BMC and the Monday MTRW (Math Taught the Right Way) program are independent programs. Students cannot be switched from one program to the other. No fees can be refunded, applied from one program to the other, rolled over to future programs, or used in any other way.
