Training and Tablet Referral Form

This digital inclusion class is to cover the basics of digital skills, such as turning a tablet on, navigating the system, sending emails, etc. These sessions are for people who do not have any digital skills or means to access the internet.

By the end of the training, they should be able to have basic skills in using their tablet. As spaces are limited, you must use professional judgement to determine whether or not someone should be booked on the course.

This will be a class of 10 in the morning. These will cover 4 sessions within the month and clients must attend all 4 sessions. Consequently, a client must have the ability to regularly attend these sessions to ensure they are getting the most out of the training and to get the tablet at the end.

(Please Note That Booking Through This Form Does Not Guarantee A Place In The Course. Candidates Would be contacted individually to confirm their attendance, so as to reduce non appearances at the sessions)
