1. Applicants are selected by the Spring Jubilee Standards Committee. The Committee selects entertainment based on the following factors:
• Quality, cost, suitability to the family-friendly atmosphere and needs of the Festival.
• Entertainers will be notified of acceptance by the Director who will be your primary contact.

2. Lake Hartwell Country may not be held liable for any lost or damaged property or personal injury during Historic Pendleton Spring Jubilee 2026. Applicants release and hold harmless Lake Hartwell Country, its employees, volunteers and event sponsors from any and all liability.

3. Entertainers agree to allow use of videos and photographs taken at event for promotional purposes. Any photos taken by the event affiliates are property of the Festival.

4. If accepted, all entertainers must arrive at The Village Green and be prepared to set-up by the date and time assigned to them by the Festival Coordinator.

5. All applicants are required to check-in at Festival Registration prior to setting up on-site.

6. Installation and operation of any exhibits not meeting event approval are prohibited.

7. Pets are strictly prohibited on and around The Village Green.

8. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (including vapes) are prohibited by ordinance of the Town of Pendleton. Violators are subject to fine and dismissal from Spring Jubilee.

9. Spring Jubilee will not be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather.

10. Accepted entertainers must perform for the entire duration allotted to them by the Spring Jubilee Coordinator. Anyone failing to do so may be excluded from future shows.

11. All entertainers are responsible for bringing all equipment necessary for their performance.
