After this form has been submitted, someone will contact you to arrange attendance, if needed, at a Baptism Preparation class, or to schedule the baptism for your child.

Baptism preparation classes are held on the morning of the 3rd Saturday, of the month, and need to be scheduled.

Group Baptisms are held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at 12:45 PM.

There needs to be at least one Catholic Godparent for your child.
If there are two Godparents, they need to be Male / Female.

Catholic Godparents need to be:
* At least 16 years old
* Has received First Holy Communion
* Has received the Sacrament of Confirmation

This is the short list, other requirements will be discussed during the Baptism preparation class.

The parents of the child cannot be a Godparent

If you have a situation that doesn't meet the above please bring it up with the Baptism Coordinator and we will see what can be done.
