Scheduling conflict? You probably don't need to withdraw.
Our classes run multiple times a week, so if you have a scheduling conflict, you can usually find another time to transfer into. Find a class HERE and fill out the transfer form.
Withdrawal deadlines:
- The deadline to withdraw from a class is the 15th of your last month. We don't require one month's notice, just submit on or before the 15th.
- If you request to drop after this month's fees have already been processed, your child can finish out the paid month. (Example: if you submit on Nov 3 for an October drop, they'll be dropped at the end of November.)
- Fees for September were processed on or after July 6. If you drop a September class after fees are processed, you'll receive a credit, not a refund.
- Please fill out one form per athlete.
- You won't receive an email confirmation when the drop is processed. You can check the parent portal to confirm.
Refund policy:
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if your child doesn't enjoy their first class, you can withdraw and receive a full refund (including the AGF fee), as long as you request it within 48 hours of that first class. This guarantee applies only once your child has attended a first class. If you withdraw before the session begins, you'll receive a credit, not a refund.
- No refunds are issued for withdrawals after the second class, unless a valid doctor's note is provided.
- Withdrawals for any other reason will receive a credit to your account, not a refund.
- No credits, refunds, or make-up classes for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts.
- The AGF Insurance Fee is non-refundable after the second class.
- If AGC cancels a class entirely due to enrollment or staffing, you'll receive a full refund.
A couple more notes:
- We can't drop your child for just part of a month or a set amount of time. If you drop, you'll need to re-enroll when you want to return.
- This form is for withdrawals only. If you're transferring to another class, use the Transfer Form instead.
- This applies to recreational classes only. If you're dropping from a competitive program, please talk to your head coach.
