Compassion through Comedy
Every year, the Brantford Comedy Festival donates tickets to a small number of people who are unable to afford them or who need a laugh during a tough time in their lives. Whether this is due to a loss of a job, life altering illness or simply for people who are down on their luck.

Due to the amazing support of our Festival Sponsors, we're able to expand this initiative for our 2016 Gala. We have set aside 100 tickets (50 pairs) that will be given away to those who are team have chosen to receive them. This is a value of $3,000 in tickets. The show is on Saturday, September 24th, 2016 at the Sanderson Centre in Brantford.

I kindly ask that you only apply for these tickets if you genuinely can't afford them and/or are truthful in your reason for applying. if it is discovered that your information is misleading in any way, you will be ineligible to receive the tickets. We want these tickets to go to those who need a night out.

The Brantford Comedy Festival prides itself on being inclusive -- and laughter is the best medicine for those who need it.

I want to wish you the best for the rest of 2016 and beyond.

We will notify all recipients via e-mail by September 15th, 2016.

Thank you,
Jamie Stephens
Director, Brantford Comedy Festival
