Summer Session 2018 - Food Vendor Form
Summer Session 2018 is scheduled for Saturday, July 28th at Thompson's Point in Portland, ME!

This is a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a total of 14 food vendors and no more than 2 of the same type of vendors (i.e. 2 sandwich trucks maximum).

** We will follow up and confirm or deny your slot in the next few weeks. **

Following the confirmation, please expect to receive an invoice for your Summer Session spot!

The Details:
Fee: $200 - Due in advance and confirms your spot
Cancel up to 60 days before event and receive a 50% refund. Cancel within 30 days of the event and the vendor fee is non-refundable.

Details about the event will be sent in the next few months (time, vendor setup, etc.)

We expect Summer Session 2018 to be sold out - that's 3,000 people in attendance! We are also providing every brewery (70 breweries) with four (4) food vouchers valued at $10 and expect them all to be used.

We are very excited to host this again at Thompson's Point and we thank you for wanting to become a food vendor at Summer Session!
